The more information you can provide, the better we can determine the best way to assist you.

Please indicate level of urgency. Most requests will be Normal. If you're experiencing timeouts, slow-downs or other non-development errors, choose High. If your InRule environment is unresponsive, choose Urgent(Outage).

Via Ticket comments is most common, you will also be updated via email; If you choose InRule Zoom/MS Teams, InRule Support will provide a link; If you choose Customer Zoom/MS Teams, please provide the meeting link in the ticket comments.
