Engineering need to make a quick change to the settings on the SaaS Portal today.
- If customer is not interacting with Portal at the time of the change, they will not notice the update and will not have to do anything.
- If customer is actively interacting with Portal at the time of this change, they will receive a blank page. The customer should refresh the page and then the SaaS Portal will be back up and working properly.
- In the slight off chance that the change doesn't go as planned, customers would see a blank page for Portal. Once they let us know, we would be able to fix it immediately. Please contact support@inrule.com if this is the case.
