How do I reset my password for the Support Portal?

To reset the password for an account on the InRule Support Portal, please follow the steps below:
 

1. When a password is entered incorrectly, the following screen will be presented:

 

 
2. Click the 'get a new password' link. The following screen will be presented:
 

3. Enter your email address is the box provided, and click Submit. 
 
4. Check your email. You will have received an email from InRule Support with instructions to reset/set          your password.

 

5. Enjoy logging in with your new password!
