Security Administration

InRule security is set up in the irCatalog Manager Website. Any defined user can log in to irCatalog Manager Website, but only those users with the ManageUsersAndRoles permission can make changes.

An administrator can setup and customize the security configuration for irCatalog. Once Users and Roles are configured, permissions can be further assigned at the rule application and irCatalog levels via irAuthor's rule application and Schema permissions buttons on the CATALOG tab. rule application node level permissions are assigned within the rule application within irAuthor via the right-click Permissions context menu.
