When submitting an issue to Product Support, please provide the following information
- Your company name (i.e. Acme Incorporated)
- Your contact information (i.e. Name, email address, and phone number)
- Severity of issue (i.e. Moderate, Significant or Critical)
- Version of InRule (i.e. 5.7.2)
- Description of issue
- Additional information - See this blog post for examples
