Process Automation Version 2.100 Release Notes

March 2025

We have released Process Automation version 2.100. This version contains different improvements and adjustments. Some of them might not affect you directly, but you can be sure that we are constantly fixing and improving things behind the scenes to refine features that already exist, or to prepare for new features that are coming later.

New features

Form validation in Task

We have improved the form validator in Tasks to include the name of the field(s) where the error is located. That means if you fill out a Form incorrectly, the error notification is displayed at the top, telling you which field(s) contain an error. 

The error shows the field label, but if this is missing (for example, if the form uses radio buttons), the error shows the field name. If the field is hidden, the error message will display the field label but with “(hidden)” appended to it. 

Bug-fixes

New Spaces did not show immediately after accepting the invite
Error 
After accepting an invite to a new space, the user had to log out and log back in to see the new space in the Spaces list. 

Fix 
The page will now force reload, and the user will see the invitation in the Spaces list on My Startpage.

Application counter on contract management pages inaccurate 
Error 
The counter on the contract management pages was displaying an inaccurate number of applications.

Fix 
The number is now accurate. 

Exporting list of Space members exposed external users Origin Key  
Error 
The exported list of Space members contained the Origin Key of external users. 

Fix 
The origin key is now redacted. 

Emails with attachments of 20mb and above were not being sent    
Error 
If a user attempted to send an email with attachments over 20mb, the email was not sent.

Fix 
The email will send without the attachments and the error, “email sent without attachments” will be logged.

No fields visible in redaction window 
Error 
In situations where there were a large number of fields, the redaction window was timing out and appearing blank. 

Fix 
The window can now handle a larger number of fields and will not time out and appear blank.

This release also contains additional minor bug fixes and security updates.
