Using the Customer Portal

We have created the Customer Portal as a way to share inspiration, templates, and examples of advanced solution patterns with you, the users. This article explains how you can get access to the Customer Portal and make the most of the content there.

The Customer Portal is currently only available in Swedish. 

Access the Customer Portal 

  1. Open the form, Application for access to the Customer Portal, and fill out the application to apply.

  2. The support team will manually review your application. You can expect this step to take around 1-2 business days. 
  3. Once your application has been accepted, you will receive an email notification letting you know.

  4. Log into Process Automation and navigate to My Startpage.

  5. On the Startpage, under Invitations, select Accept next to the invitation for Kundportal.

  6. From the spaces menu, select Kundportal. If you do not see the option, you may need to log out and log back in again.

  7. Now you are able to access all the great resources available in the Customer Portal.

Using the Customer Portal

  1. Select any of the categories from the process on the home page of the Customer Portal. For this example, we are selecting HR.

  2. Now select the process you want to view, like Onboarding.


  3. This will open the process for you to view. If you would like to run the process yourself, click on the green start icon to get started.

  4. You can start the process by clicking on the Start button. Most information in the forms is not required. You will be the assigned performer for each task so that you can follow the process and understand how it works.
