A new version of Author Studio is being released. The following updates have been made to the product as well as additional minor bug fixes and security updates.
Improvements
New Actions available
The following actions are now available in Author Studio:

Remove Collection Member
This action provides the ability to remove a member from a collection. For more information, see the article Author Studio Actions.

Execute Member Rule Set
This action iterates over members in a collection and for each member that satisfies the [optional] filter expression, executes the specified explicit rule set in the context of that member. For more information, see the article Author Studio Actions.

Sort Collection
Sorts a collection by a user-specified field order. For more information, see the article Author Studio Actions.
Duplicate a rule
It is now possible to duplicate a rule inside the rule navigator.
Schema Assistant now available to U.S. Customers
Our AI assistant, Alfie, is now available to U.S. customers. Alfie works as the Schema Assistant where he helps you create and modify schemas via chat. You can access this feature in the Entities section. Read more about how to use Alfie to generate schemas in the article, Using the Schema Assistant. This feature is only available to customers in the United States and in trial versions of Author Studio.
UI improvements
We continuously strive to enhance the user experience of Author Studio. In this version, we have improved the UI by:
- Updating the header of all pages that display the name and description.
- Adding a tooltip to Decision tables that enables users to view the complete text of a specific cell when they hover over it.
- Enhancing the user-friendliness of the scroll and cell editing functions in the Decision Table interface.
Bug Fixes

| Modifying IsExistingEntity on AddCollectionMember was not triggering autosave | The autosave function was not activated when modifications were made to the IsExistingEntity on the AddCollectionMember. | The autosave function is now activated when modifications are made to this entity. |
| Cannot save parameters on an Execute RuleSet action | A bug with the Execute RuleSet action was preventing it from being saved in Author Studio and the validation message indicated that the parameters had no values even when parameters were specified. | This issue has been resolved. |
| The Entity Field default value toggle is not triggering autosave | The autosave feature was not being activated when enabling or disabling the default value toggle on an entity. | This issue has been resolved. |
| Inline table: Validation errors popping up as soon as the row is created | Validation errors were instantly popping up when a new row was created on Inline Tables. | Validation errors on Inline Tables no longer pop up when a new row is created. Instead, the validation occurs after there has been data entered into the row. |

ConditionalRuleBlock Description textbox disappears after losing focus

Descriptions in ConditionalRuleBlocks seemed to disappear when a user navigated away, but the description would appear again after refreshing the page. |
This issue has been resolved.
