Issue 1: The link opens, but the form does not load
If you are able to open the link from the email, but the content of the form is not visible, as shown below, try the following solutions:
Try opening the link in a different browser, for example, if you are opening the link in Google Chrome, try opening it in Firefox.
Try opening the link using a different device. For example, if you are opening the link from your desktop, try opening it from your mobile device.
Check your browser settings to see if there are any settings that block images or URLs, check any security software on your device that may be blocking links or content for data protection purposes within your org.
In your software, look for options to whitelist the domain and URLs from "live.barium.se" and add email@example.com to your list of trusted senders.
Issue 2: The form opens, but the form will not submit
- Find the original link in the email you received from firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Right-click on the link and select Copy Link Address (the options may be different on your system, but there should be a similar option available).
- Paste the link somewhere you can look at it without navigating to it
- Now compare this to the link you have opened from the form where it will not submit. You can see in the example below that the browser added "clicktime.symantec.com" to the URL. This is what is preventing the form from being submitted as the process will not recognize any modified links.
