Tenant management will be updated for all the environments on Friday October 6th, at 1pm CST. Maintenance window is scheduled from 1:00pm until 1:20pm CST.
During the maintenance window users will not be able to login to the SaaS portal.
This will not affect the rule executions.
- If customer is not interacting with Portal at the time of the change, they will not notice the update and will not have to do anything.
- If customer is actively interacting with Portal at the time of this change, they will receive a blank page. The customer should refresh the page and then the SaaS Portal will be back up and working properly.
- In the slight off chance that the change doesn't go as planned, customers would see a blank page for Portal. Once they let us know, we would be able to fix it immediately. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if this is the case.
