Test for a Limited Time

To minimize disruption, our Cloud Operations team will set up a test environment for customers prior to the upgrade. Customers can perform regression testing for two weeks in advance of the upgrade. There are two options for the test environment:

  • A new test environment created with a snapshot of the current staging/UAT environment, so all users, rules and data will be present for testing without disruption.
  • Cloud Operations upgrades one of the customer's existing environments (dev/staging/UAT) so that customer can test without disrupting their production environment.

To perform testing, download the latest irAuthor (available here) and validate rules using this environment and catalog. IrAuthor allows a dual install on a single irAUthor machine which will allow you to continue running your current version and test with the new irAuthor release. If you experience any issues during testing , open a ticket with our support team.
