User Rights

In Process Automation a user can have four types of user rights that give the user access to different areas within the platform. These rights are assigned in Space settings under the Members tab. 

The following user right can be applied to users:

Run: Gives the user the right to start and perform tasks in applications to which the user has been assigned and the right to view lists that have been shared with them.  (A regular user has this access.)

Build: Gives access to the application configuration and the instance overview to specific applications, provided the process model creator has given the user access (Mostly used by Superusers and application owners).

Model: Gives the user access to Process Studio. 

Admin: An admin can access the space setting where the user can manage space information, members in the space, groups, create value lists, etc.
